Changes
- Rename Priority in User Priority and move it where Required Solution Date is (shifting Required Solution Date to the right); move Ticket Priority to the right of Ticket Impact; move Forecast Solution Date where Ticket Priority is
- In Requested status the visibility shall be the same of opened
- Forecast Solution Date is not mandatory for status Assigned but Master SG, Owner and Solution Group yes
- The Analysis and Solution fields are available when problem is in status "Problem in Analysis"; they are mandatory to transition to the "Problem Resolution WIP" status
- The workaround field is deleted (substituted by the create KE" command and related ticket
- Comments field is to be added (as for incident)
