Transition related notifications

Workflow transition related notifications are those notifications which can be triggered for a workflow status transition. They can can be configured in the Transition Rule tab (see the dedicated configuration page).

Workflow related notifications

These notifications are related to event types related to a specific ticket managed through the workflow. The Notifications tab allows to list and manage the configured notifications.

To add a new notification use the ADD NEW command. To delete one, the DELETE one after checking it.
