Ticket activities configuration is optional and needed only if, in a target workflow, you plan to use ticket activities.
Configuration of ticket activities options is made in Ticket Activities Options tab of Grant Management. The following tables reports the available settings, their use and possible values.

Mode | Allows to define the mode for editing the ticket activity list in the Ticket Activities tab of a ticket. The options are managing them as a list (see managing standard lists) or managing them as a grid (see managing grid lists). | |

The standard sequence of ticket activities statuses transitions is described below.
