itmSUITE® allows logging information ad different levels. This guide only refers to the loggin options at application level. Additional logging can be configured at middleware level (e.g. database or application server).

System level logging
To access this level of logging information, it is required to log onto the system as superadmin. At this level, the information about the administrators (only) connections to the system are available. To access them use General/System/Access Log. Note that the actual location of the functionality depends on menu configuration (see the Menu management page for more information).
Company level logging
To access this level of logging information, it is required to log onto the system as administrator of a company. At this level, the information about the users (of the company only) connections to the system are available. To access them use General/System/Access Log.
