It was not possible to view multiple file upload. How does it work? Visibility and grants to modify documents to be checked: - if visibility is public anyone who has visibility of the document section for all entities but tickets where update grant is required in workflow, may update - if visibility is private only those who have access to the document section of the specific entity but tickets where update grant is required in workflow, may update Not clear how to enable full text search.

Changes

- Add new entities to which to relate documents - Position name should be labeled as mandatory - Topic structure should be managed per entity - Document types should be managed per entity (and per workflow for tickets) - Manage document versioning - Manage document with workflows (create a default workflow to manage metadata and attachment)... this makes it possible to manage grants better; document section of other entities just filter the entity type
