EVO
The Service EVOlution (EVO) provides to the customer a number of hours of evolutive maintenance that can be activated by the customer according to their need. The main advantages of the activation of this service are:
- speed of execution - the changes required are taken over and dealt with immediately without having to wait the time of preparation of bid and with high priority;
- portability assured - the evolution maintenance interventions are included in the standard product and they are then available for later versions and therefore also covered by the service ADV (updated version);
- optimized total cost of ownership - the evolution maintenance interventions are covered by the CIMservice without additional cost, thus ensuring the temporal cost optimization
- scalability - there are several cuts of EVO packages for all needs and sizes client.
