Ticket activities configuration is optional and needed only if, in a target workflow, you plan to use ticket activities.

Configuration of ticket activities options is made in Ticket Activities Options tab of Grant Management. The following tables reports the available settings, their use and possible values.

Enable TA notifications for MSG members TBC "True"

Enable Requested-Completed This enables the possibility to change the status of a ticket activity from "Requested" to "Completed" directly without the needed of passing through the the required sequence of statuses transition (see later). "True"

Skip Ticket Activities status validation on Ticket transition The constraints defined for "True"

Automatic Assignment of TA Assignee TBC "True"

Mode Allows to define the mode for editing the ticket activity list in the Ticket Activities tab of a ticket. The options are managing them as a list (see managing standard lists) or managing them as a grid (see managing grid lists). "Multiple Edit" (default) enables grid management

The standard sequence of ticket activities statuses transitions is described below.
