A basic approach for project risk management is provided in Issues/Risks section where project risks and project issues can be managed (see this page for more information). Basic reporting about project issues and project risks is included in "Tree-Report" and "Summary report" available in Reports section. Additional reports can be built with the REP - Reporting module (if activated).

A more flexible and advanced approach is using workflows to manage the project issues and project risks lifecycle if the SM - Service Desk and Service Management module is activated.
